Return Policy

We try very hard to provide as much information about our products as we can before you make your purchase. We understand that sometimes you just need to try the products out for yourself. So we have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible.

110% Money Back Guarantee

Our return policy is a 6 month, 110% money back guarantee. If you decide to return your order any time up to 6 months after your purchase, we will refund 110% of the purchase price of the item(s) you are returning. There is a $10 restocking fee when returning either EX-29 or EX-25 headphones. There is no restocking fee when returning the HP-25 headphones. So, for example, if you buy a set of Direct Sound EX-29 headphones for $99.95 and decide to return them, you will be refunded $99.95. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Request

We think our headphones are amazing. If you don’t agree, send them back for a refund. So that we can connect your returned headphones to your purchase, we ask that you obtain a return authorization number.

Please be sure to let us know the reason for your return so that we know if you need a replacement sent to you.
