If you use your headphones at your computer or with an iPod/MP3 player you might find the 9ft cord to be a bit long and cumbersome. The 40 inch cord (slightly longer than 3 feet) is less likely to snag or get tangled when moving around.We are the only Direct Sound Dealer who can offer the 40 inch cord option.

The EX-25 headphones are slightly smaller than the EX-29 Extreme Isolation Headphones and do not block quite as much noise.
